We provide disability supports to the South East areas of Melbourne and surrounding areas

If I am new, who will be my support?

Once we have gathered your preferences and before you commence your support with us, we will arrange a meet and greet session between you and your potential support worker.

How do I get started with you?

Upon reaching out to us via email, online or phone, we will schedule a call or face-to-face meeting to discuss your requirement. Following that, we will assess our capacity to support you and proceed with a more detailed discussion where we can sign the service agreement. Once that is done, we will introduce you to your support network.

How much is your service?

We charge the current price for each support item according to the current NDIS Price Guide. For more information, please click here. If you are not on NDIS and require our services privately or insurance funded, we will take the time to discuss your budget and needs and design a package that works for you and your budget.

Can I use your services, if I don’t have an NDIS Plan?
